If you or a family member needs a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider at Novant Health Kannapolis Family Medicine, please call your pharmacist when you still have a three-day supply of your medication. This will give your pharmacist time to refill your prescription or call our office if permission is needed. Calling our office instead of your pharmacy will delay this process.
There are certain medications for which you will need to pick up a hard copy of the prescription in our office to take to your pharmacy. If your prescription requires this, you will be alerted to that when the medication is prescribed.
